After working for two homebuilders in the early seventies - Dan started his own company "Homes by Dan Dunn" in 1975. He built primarily in the Benbrook area of Fort Worth and has averaged five to ten homes per year since then. In the last five years, he has built in Granbury. Dan is also the vise president of the Hood County Builders Association

Dan met his wife Diane in 1994 - they married in 1997 and now have two children - Devin, 4 years and Dylan, 2 years.

Mr. Dunn's goal is to build the best, most energy efficient, and attractive home for the money. Dan has always focused on energy saving techniques and was one of the first builders to use TechShield on his roofs. He continues to research the best ways to save on energy bills and passes that knowledge on to his buyers.
